You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful;
- send spam, malicious links or harmful content through the form or our contact details;
- try to interfere with the site or the services it runs on.
What this site does and doesn’t promise
The site describes the services we offer. It is not an offer or a contract, and nothing on it promises a particular result. The mock screens shown on the site are illustrative, with sample data.
Any engagement is agreed in writing before work starts. For IT and marketing work, that is a fixed-scope quote or a monthly retainer, scoped and estimated after the consultation. For recruitment, the fee structure is agreed in writing before we start. What we commit to is what that written agreement says.
The site itself is provided as it is, and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
Links to other services
Some links open other services, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms apply once you use them. See our Privacy Policy for how the contact form hands off to WhatsApp.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, San B's total liability arising out of or related to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. San B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables, source code, designs, and other work product created during an engagement is governed by the specific service agreement or statement of work for that engagement, as agreed between San B and the client before work begins. In the absence of a specific written agreement on ownership, no transfer of intellectual property rights is implied by these Terms alone.
Order of Precedence
Specific terms for each engagement, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment, are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between San B and the client. That engagement-specific document forms part of these Terms for that engagement, and where it conflicts with these general Terms, the engagement-specific document governs for matters within its scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridkot, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
